The Granny Smith apple is hard and firm with a light green skin and crisp, juicy flesh. Its flavor is tart and refreshing, making it a favorite for both snacking and baking. It holds its shape beautifully when cooked, which makes it a classic choice for pies and crisps.

Apples have been grown and packed right here in our family apple orchard. Apples will come carefully packaged in a tray-packed box to ensure minimal movement of the apples during transport. There is always a risk of bruising when shipping apples. Depending on the size of the fruit, each box contains 36–44 apples and weighs 20 pounds.
